Looking for a part-time supply chain fulfillment job that doesn’t involve driving a forklift, an Amazon Van, or your own car? Want to work in air conditioning, have covered parking, and work with a team that pitches in? Free coffee/ Nespresso, and bottled water available in our kitchen? There is even a great work out facility in our building!
We are a religious nonprofit that educates church children’s choral leaders. We are looking for folks that can print (on a Canon copier) out our sheet music and educational materials, as well as provide efficient, fast and flawless order fulfillment, packing and shipping service to our customers. We also need someone to manage inventory storage, mailroom, printer, and receive and process products into inventory. This job involves working with software, identifying supply needs, and working with a great team in our office for success
Requirement
· Search inventory, pull or print, pack and ship items for daily customer orders with 100 percent accuracy and speed
· Pull, print and pack and ship items for conference exhibits
· Maintain an organized shipping area and stock rooms
· Use various software to make and track shipments
· Use and maintain production printer
· Daily and annual inventory
· Receive and stock inventory and pack and move inventory to pallets
· Create CD’s utilizing software and packaging
· Customer service, general office work as needed
Responsibilities require the employee to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds repetitively, and to accept, load and ship pallets on occasion. Must navigate challenging physical spaces in which equipment is located. The position requires manual dexterity; balance; standing, walking and sitting for long periods of time. Ability to navigate complex inventory, use technology to read instructions and enter information. Use excellent planning, organizational and communication skills, extreme attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft products and other software preferred. Work up to 29 hours a week
