Description
Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES) is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager with a passion for serving schools, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the reach of programs that impact students. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for elementary, middle, and high schools in and outside of Texas, helping educators identify their needs and connect with the right YES programs, speakers, and resources. The Account Manager will cultivate strong school partnerships, drive program bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role will play a key part in supporting organizational growth, expanding the reach of YES, and helping more students experience messages of hope, connection, and resilience.

Requirement
Relationship Management & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for elementary, middle, and high schools in and outside of Texas.
- Build strong relationships with school administrators, counselors, educators, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales, booking, and program delivery process.
- Foster long-term partnerships that result in repeat bookings and ongoing engagement with YES.
Sales & Business Development
- Evaluate school needs and recommend the most appropriate YES programs, speakers, and resources.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts.
- Execute email outreach and promotional campaigns to increase program awareness and bookings.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase the impact of YES programs within schools and districts.
Account Management & Organizational Growth
- Manage customer accounts, contracts, and booking information within Salesforce.
- Guide customers through the booking process with accuracy, attention to detail, and timely communication.
- Maintain a strong understanding of YES programs, speakers, and issues impacting students today.
- Represent YES at conferences, events, and industry gatherings to generate leads, strengthen partnerships, and increase awareness of YES programs and services.
- Contribute ideas and strategies that support organizational growth and expanded mission impact.
Other General Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales, account management, customer service, or related experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- General understanding of the K–12 educational system, including district and campus-level decision-making.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Texas background check.
- College degree preferred.
