Missions Minister

Description

Northwest is seeking a leader who is passionate about God’s heart for the nations and excited to help the church deepen its missional impact. The ideal candidate is a relational leader who naturally builds trust, cares deeply for people, thinks strategically, and executes with excellence. This person is a collaborative team builder who can strengthen missionary partnerships, mobilize others for ministry, identify new opportunities for Kingdom impact, and faithfully steward the resources God has entrusted to the church.

This role is more than maintaining existing programs. It is an opportunity to help shape the future of missions at Northwest Bible Church through thoughtful leadership, meaningful relationships, and faithful ministry stewardship.
