Job Summary
The Institutional Client Associate will provide critical operational support to GuideStone Investment Services, the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer for GuideStone. This role focuses on enhancing pre- and post-sale service capabilities by utilizing operational procedures, advanced AI technologies, and innovative problem-solving. By owning the production of materials, the Client Associate enables efficient sales and client service activities while ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (“OCIO”) marketplace and GSIS service model.
Provide operational support to enhance GSIS sales and client service activities. · Ensure compliance with operational, legal, and regulatory requirements for oversight of GSIS accounts.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot artificial intelligence technology to efficiently and effectively meet client needs and provide support to GSIS sales and client service activities for items such as RFPs, client and sales presentations, and general content for the adviser.
Conduct research on prospective clients to gather key information, including contact details, account types, asset sizes, and investment relationships.
Create comprehensive client summaries to support strategic interactions by senior leadership.
Collaborate with team members to refine client service procedures and operational workflows.
Optimize processes to meet client needs and advance GSIS sales objectives.
This role requires no people management
What You'll Need
Must be an active member of an evangelical Christian church
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
At least five to eight years’ work experience in the financial services industry
Working understanding of investment concepts and terminologies (preferably in relation to the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer / investment advisory marketplace)
Solid PC skills, including the full suite of Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated ability to apply artificial intelligence technology to streamline workflows and create materials
Ownership mindset and team-first orientation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working with a very high degree of accuracy
Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a forward-looking mindset that anticipates potential problems and identifies appropriate solutions
Clear communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to carry oneself – with internal constituents and external contacts – in a manner that represents GuideStone well
Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters
Potential travel up to 15% of the time
