MilkShake Factory has been perfecting handspun shakes and premium chocolates since 1914. Our new Preston Valley location is locally owned and operated — and we're bringing the best milkshakes and chocolate North Dallas has ever seen.

No fryers. No grease. Just great product, great people, and a team worth showing up for.
 

The Role

As a Team Member, you craft the product, serve the guests, and keep the store running smoothly. We'll train you on everything — all you need to bring is a great attitude and a willingness to work.
 

What You'll Do

• Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates to standard — every time
• Deliver genuine, friendly service that makes guests want to come back
• Drive sales through sampling, product recommendations, and natural upselling
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized — floor, coolers, and stockroom
• Follow cash handling, food safety, and safety procedures accurately

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus — not required
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
