Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Academic Records & Registrar is responsible for assisting students in all phases of their
academic program completion by providing assistance with the Registrar’s Office services.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordination and development of term course schedules
- Assist with transfer credit evaluation and processing
- Assist with preparation of internal and external institutional reports
- Assist with all registration processes
- Assist with Academic Probation processes
- Assist with Student Appeals processing
- Provide graduation support and assist with commencement activities
- Maintain and update student records
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have strong customer service perspective and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented for data entry and registration.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems when implemented
- Must have a positive, problem-solving personality and be willing to research answers to complex questions.
Education and Experience:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience working with student records and registrar processes is preferred.
- A two-three year commitment is requested
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
