Description
Looking to start out your career in construction? We're looking for entry-level estimators who will start out in reviewing RFIs, RFQs, requesting bids, and learning how to create quantity takeoffs for proposal creations.
Responsibilities
- Assist team members with daily operational tasks and project support
- Review various documents, such as ASIs, RFIs, Addendums, etc. to create accurate pricings
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops
- Collaborate with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions
- Maintain organized records of assignments, notes, and project materials
Requirement
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to contribute actively
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus
