Description

Director of Safety, Security & Emergency Management – Provide leadership on all aspects of church safety, security, policies, procedures, and protocols for PCPC. Areas of responsibility include security strategy, policies and procedures, incident response, team leadership, and administration. Serve as the primary point of contact for local, state, and federal law enforcement departments and agencies. Establish and cultivate relationships to ensure timely receipt of relevant information and response. Provide the effective vision, leadership, management, and operation of the safety, security, and emergency management programs, including all aspects of physical security, personnel safety and protection, planning, and security infrastructure. In collaboration with the Facilities Department, manage the access control system, surveillance camera system, burglar alarm system and key control program, and other key security infrastructure systems. Responsible for creating the annual security budget, monthly budget accountability, and processing all invoices for the department.

This is a full-time exempt position based on 40 hours a week and is eligible for paid time off (PTO) and benefits. It is an on-site, in-person role with a flexible schedule, depending on programming. Sundays required (7 a.m. – 1 p.m.). PCPC membership preferred but not required.
