Sales Manager

Description

This role will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) to market lifeline services.  In addition, this position will be accountable for sales forecasting, outside sales compensation oversight, ISO and agent onboarding and support, inventory ordering/management, and sales reporting while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and executing innovative sales strategies.

Requirement

1. Three+ years’ sales experience a must, preferably in the telecom lifeline space
2. Dynamic and innovative sales hunting skills
3. Possess deep sales and negotiation expertise
4. Capable of working with minimum instruction and supervision
5. Demonstrate strong general business and organizational skills
6. Communicate with all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and written
7. Develop/maintain good working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
8. MS Excel skills with strong knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
9. Experience in recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring street teams including tabletop and door-to-door sales teams
