Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Description

Homemigos is a growing Dallas company that cares for a large portfolio of residential homes across DFW. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we care deeply about culture. We see our work as more than fixing things. It’s about faithfully stewarding the homes we’ve been entrusted with and serving the families who live in them.

We’re looking for a servant-hearted maintenance technician to join our team and help us care well for what we’ve been given.

Looking to grow in the maintenance field? This is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and general home repair alongside an experienced team. You don’t need to know everything on day one. A basic understanding of repairs and a willingness to learn will go a long way.

Requirement

• A servant’s heart and a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and pride in doing things well
• Someone who takes direction well and is eager to learn
• A committed, reliable team player
• Some basic repair or handyman experience (plumbing or electrical a plus)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
