Client Success Manager

Description

The Client Success Manager’s primary function is to be the steward of assigned client projects, responsible for effective communication across teams and with the client while ensuring the effective and on-time delivery of projects. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Reflect the Dunham Way to both the internal team assembled to serve the clients as well as to the client in how we prioritize our customer service.
2. Coordinate executing all assigned client projects, including direct mail, email, advertising, social media, text, and others as needed.
3. Coordinate cross-departmentally to provide necessary information to team members to ensure the successful strategy execution for all assigned client projects.
4. Draft campaign overviews and manage resource gathering for fundraising and marketing communications, as needed.
5. Ensure accurate results reports for assigned clients.
6. Assist Client Success Lead with internal and external meeting preparation.
7. Ensure all client meetings are appropriately scheduled and include expected deliverables with each staff member’s contributions to the meeting being clear.
8. Connect with assigned clients as directed and as required to ensure the execution of effective strategies.  
9. Grow and strengthen understanding of the various direct response and marketing techniques used within the industry and at Dunham+Company.
10. Own the timely and effective execution of fundraising, donor development, and direct response marketing tasks.

Requirement

• College graduate; Communications and/or Marketing degrees desired but not essential.
• 3 years of experience in a client service position is strongly preferred 
• Agency or related nonprofit experience 
• Experience with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project and client management tools.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn new skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passionate about assisting Christian organizations in fulfilling their vision.
