Position Overview

The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families. This role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining facility standards while families play during Open Play and birthday parties.

 

About Us
Dino Kidz is an exciting indoor playground for children to play, imagine, and celebrate with their parents or caregiver. We are a family-owned business where kids can celebrate with the ultimate birthday party, or develop their motor skills and imagination through play and unique classes in a a safe, clean environment during Open Play.  (10 months-7 years.)

Our playground is lively, hygienic, educational, and above all, a ton of fun. We have a carousel, play structure, an interactive projection system, a toddler area that ensures the safety of younger children, a dedicated imagination area, and a dedicated learning area where kids can enjoy toys, crafts, and stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in children and parents with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Host birthday parties and special events, ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests.
• Monitor safety in play areas, making sure safety rules are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire facility, including restrooms, play equipment, and party rooms—keeping them sanitized, neat, and fully stocked.
• Sell snacks and beverages to customers while providing great customer service. 
• Perform duties with a positive attitude and ensure the atmosphere remains fun and engaging for children and families.
