Description
Youth Equipped to Succeed (YES) is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded Database Administrator to steward the integrity, accuracy, and strategic functionality of our donor CRM within a growing organization impacting more than 200,000 students, parents, and educators annually through messages of hope and connection. This role will ensure clean data, reliable reporting, and streamlined processes that empower our Development Team to build meaningful donor relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth in support of the YES mission. The position plays a key role in strengthening the operational foundation behind fundraising efforts while supporting informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirement
CRM Management & Data Integrity
- Serve as primary administrator of the organization’s CRM.
- Maintain accurate donor records, including gifts, pledges, contact information, and activity tracking.
- Ensure consistent data entry standards and naming conventions.
- Perform routine audits to eliminate duplicates and maintain database integrity.
- Manage imports, exports, segmentation lists, and data cleanup projects.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly fundraising reports.
- Build dashboards and scorecards to support accountability, forecasting, and revenue tracking efforts.
- Provide portfolio performance reports for Development leadership, including donor retention, upgrade rates, LYBUNT/SYBUNT, and campaign performance.
Gift Processing & Financial Coordination
- Oversee timely and accurate gift entry and acknowledgment processes.
- Reconcile donations with Finance to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support long-term fundraising operations, including pledge tracking, payment reminders, biannual audits, and 990 preparation.
Systems Optimization & Support
- Identify and implement CRM process improvements.
- Train staff on CRM best practices and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Development, Communications, and Events teams on data needs for campaigns and registrations.
- Support integrations between CRM and related platforms, including event systems and online giving tools.
Other General Requirements
- High proficiency in CRM, Excel, and/or reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential donor information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
