The Social Media Advertising Coordinator (coordinator) will turn IFL’s existing content library into engaging short-form video. The coordinator also will manage paid ad campaigns and use performance data to guide our social media and platform strategy. The coordinator draws from an expansive content library of podcast interviews, sermons, books, and articles to identify and produce clips, graphics, posts, and short-form videos that resonate with today’s digital audience. Additionally, the coordinator will use paid advertisements to amplify that reach and drive traffic back to the IFL website. As a representative of the ministry, the coordinator is relational, detail-oriented, and an independent self-starter who serves with the utmost grace, care, and professionalism.

Core Job Functions

Content Development (75%) 

  • Creates graphics and reels from existing content, including podcasts, sermons, articles, and other ministry resources
  • Plans, launches, and manages paid ad campaigns within an established budget
  • Reviews analytics to identify which topics and formats are resonating most with audiences
  • Deepens engagement on LinkedIn and YouTube, including community posts, to grow platform presence
  • Supports with monitoring YouTube and LinkedIn


Professional Development and Project Management (15%)

  • Commits to the challenges of growth and development according to the Professional Development Plan
  • Pursues the designated knowledge and/or experience with a positive attitude
  • Completes assigned tasks with excellence and in a timely manner
  • Pursues new training opportunities in project management programs departmentally


Team Member Contribution (10%)

  • Models IFL’s core values through daily conduct
  • Exerts initiative and drive to improve departmental and organizational operations
  • Owns problems, creates solutions, and maintains personal accountability for results

Requirement

  • Demonstrated knowledge of paid social advertising, such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, or Meta
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for creating reels and graphics
  • Comfort working with analytics tools and interpreting performance data.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and organized
  • Demonstrated examples of a portfolio, case study, or campaign/s managed is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • High attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate and prioritize work with minimal direction
  • Ability to work well under time constraints
  • Creative background a plus
  • Humility, a high level of flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to listen and work well with others


*This is a part-time position and will require on-site work, Tuesday through Thursday.
