Media Production Assistant

Description

The Media Production Assistant supports our marketing efforts by capturing, editing, and helping distribute engaging digital content. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling through photography and videography, and enjoys crafting content that connects with audiences on social media.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content during events and activities
• Edit and organize media for use in digital campaigns, email newsletters, and website content
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) 
• Assist in the creation of visual and written marketing content (flyers, reels, graphics, blog posts) 
• Track social media and content performance to improve future campaigns 
   

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent; current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated photography and videography skills, including post-production (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, etc)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to take initiative and contribute creative ideas
• Brings a positive, approachable presence and feels comfortable engaging with other during content creation
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
