Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Manager, M&A Marketing to support email marketing operations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, lead engagement, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced M&A environment. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, marketing automation experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate combines marketing technology expertise with strong project coordination and administrative capabilities. This individual should be comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, executing email campaigns, managing communication workflows, and supporting internal marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and manage marketing journeys using Journey Builder.
  • Sync and maintain data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Build, test, proofread, and execute email marketing templates and campaigns.
  • Create and manage automated customer journeys and email workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate campaign statistics and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Follow up with interested leads and assist with lead engagement activities.
  • Manage and monitor high-volume bulk email accounts and maintain accurate lead records.
  • Assist with CRM organization, data integrity, and contact management.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, shipments, and internal communication activities.
  • Assist with project coordination and additional marketing support activities as assigned.
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication in all interactions.
  • Support multiple ongoing projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration and configuration strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder preferred.
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support team initiatives and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Credential preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing automation, lead management, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, customer engagement processes, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience working in professional services, financial services, or B2B marketing environments preferred.
