We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who manages time effectively and takes pride in providing exceptional service to both customers and Home Loan Specialists.
In this role, you’ll support loan officers with a variety of administrative tasks related to loan applications, collecting and verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements, maintaining accurate files, submitting title requests, and preparing completed files for processing. Clear and consistent communication with borrowers and team members will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Allen location. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related residential mortgage lending process experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
