Men's Ministry Coordinator

Description

Objective

To supervise and develop the men’s ministry program, as we provide connection, care, and counsel to the male clients who accompany female clients to the clinic. The Thrive Men’s Coordinator will seek to promote the men’s program, implement strategies to recruit men to participate in our mentorship program as volunteer mentors and represent Thrive Women’s Clinic through community networking and events.

Qualifications

• A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord
• BA/High School Education required
• Exhibits a strong commitment and dedication to the sanctity of all human life
• Agrees with the Thrive Women’s Clinic Core Values, Statement of Faith, Policies and Procedures
• Exhibits interpersonal communication skills, problem solving
• Provides spiritual leadership, discipleship and direction to those under his supervision
• Carries out his responsibilities in a timely manner and with excellence
• Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ministry experience
• Creae or work with Director of Client Services to develop procedures, choose curriculum, designmale documents
• Mission minded willing to learn various cultures to cultivate program
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
