Description

As a Front Office Administrator, you will be required to listen attentively and be engaged to customer needs by providing quick communication with a positive attitude and great customer service.  This will require providing information and assistance to team members by directing calls through the switchboard to appropriate team member, branch or PPN. Greet guests and vendors. Sign for deliveries and notify employees and building management of emergencies when applicable.  Additionally, you will assist in various activities; contributing to the productivity of the branch to include, but not limited to office supply orders, and inventory.

Requirement

  • Direct calls through the switchboard to appropriate team member, branch or PPN.
  • Search database to identify if prospect has a record, add/update information and direct call to a HLS team member.
  • Assign / track new leads to HLS team members accordingly.
  • Greet guests, connect them with the appropriate team member.
  • Specialist projects to assist Executive staff as assigned.
  • Have building services & management contact information in case of building emergencies

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Front Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant. Direct experience in the mortgage industry preferred, but not required. Experience with multi-line phone systems and high volume of calls preferred.
